The Bailey Avenue Business Association aims to foster a thriving business environment along Buffalo, NY’s Bailey Avenue business district. The BABAINC presents leadership activities and related public events that shed positive light on this growing segment of the University district.
Afterschool Program: opportunities for artists and arts educators to facilitate workshops and presentations for the youth programs held at the Edward Saunders Community Center.
UHAA Arts Crawl: The BABAINC particpates in the UHAA perpetual Arts Crawl by placing UHAA art at their meeting location within the Kensington-Bailey Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. where Habitat for Humanity is also located.
Public Art: The BABAINC works with the UHAA to present public art initiatives that help to mimimize blight, promote business and encourage participation in community activities.
Events: Some arts-related events for the community are held at the Kensington-Bailey Neighborhood Housing Services location.
