H.E.A.R.T. (Help Empower At-Risk Teens) is a 501 (c)(3) human service agency dedicated to promoting, supporting and strengthening the quality of life for young people, families and communities.
They provide a comprehensive range of services and supports for young people and families to address their mental, behavioral and emotional wellness needs.
HEART Foundation collaborates with the UHAA to offer arts programming to at-risk teenagers.
The HEART Foundation offices participate in the UHAA Arts Crawl. UHAA members participating in the UHAA Arts Crawl may offer a range of art for this site.
