Peter Langen
Acrylic Painting, Sculpture
A sculptor, illustrator and painter born in Illinois in
1969, Peter Langen has been painting animals since 1995.
He has also worked in pencil. as well as metal and clay
sculpture. A resident of Batavia for the past fifteen years, his
work has been exhibited throughout WNY.
Peter received several scholastic awards during the course of his education, including the Lake Country Craftsman Award (1986), and the National Gold Metal in Sculpture (1986). His work has since been awarded at each of three exhibitions at the Impressions Gallery between 2007 and 2009.

Peter's "Painted Horse" exhibition, (June 2-Sept. 3, 2017)
depicts ten wild animals in their natural setting. This exhibition
is an Articulations Ability Exhibition of the UHAA ARTpartnering
program.
